 Welcome to Pelican Aerial Photography. We are a locally owned and operated company, based in Sacramento, Calif., specialized in providing aerial photography and video services. The owner, Darrel Dey, has over 30 years experience providing imaging for the corporate sector, and has earned a Master Degree in Multimedia from California Polytechnic University, Pomona. Darrel is an FAA Certified Remote Pilot and is fully insured.
